Boadicea Nemer

Nemer (Arabic for tiger) was built by Christian Provenzano around the tension between a peppery, lemongrass-spiked saffron opening and two varieties of rose that follow with an almost unsettling fullness. Moroccan and Turkish rose here are not delicate, they're dense, carnally rich, and the cypriol in the base adds an earthy, slightly medicinal weight that keeps this from tilting sweet. It dries down to moss, patchouli, and vanilla, but the flowers are still there, just quieter.

Why We Carry This

Provenzano knew exactly what he was doing with Nemer: the saffron-lemongrass opener is aggressively fresh, which makes the rose heart hit harder by contrast. That kind of structural thinking is exactly why this bottle earned its place.
