Esencia Elixir is Nuria Cruelles distilling the Loewe Esencia legacy into a higher-concentration composition. The thyme-patchouli axis is the house's aromatic identity pushed further, and the labdanum-birch base gives it a depth that the original Esencia gestures toward. For the client who already knows and loves the original.

Thyme and bergamot open Esencia Elixir with a Mediterranean aromatic quality that is dry and herbal, the citrus giving the thyme brightness without sweetening it. Patchouli and vetiver in the heart are dark and earthy, the two root materials working in concert rather than the patchouli dominating as it often does. Labdanum and birch in the base are resinous and smoky, sandalwood and amber giving the finish a warm, lasting quality that the austere opening does not immediately promise.
