Roses Greedy
Roses Greedy opens with the kind of fruit abundance that the name promises: peach, black currant, and mandarin alongside coconut and pink pepper. The opening is warm, sweet, and entirely unashamed of its generosity. Rose and jasmine in the heart give the fruit accord a floral richness, the two white florals adding warmth and depth to what would otherwise be a simple fruit composition. White musk, vanilla, and benzoin in the base resolve the whole accord into something sweet and persistent, amber giving the close a warmth that extends the sweetness without excess.
Why We Carry This
Roses Greedy is Pierre Montale's most openly generous composition in the Mancera range, and the peach-coconut opening is the entry point that makes the rose-jasmine heart feel earned rather than simply sweet. The benzoin-vanilla base gives the whole accord a longevity that the opening's brightness does not suggest. One of the house's most consistently popular fragrances since 2012.
