This one opens cold, lime and pear against a gourmand gelato accord that reads more like a memory of dessert than the dessert itself, ginger and pink pepper keeping it from tipping too sweet. Ice accord and sea salt move in fast, and the aquatic notes here feel genuinely cold rather than the usual soapy-clean version of freshness.

Freesia adds a light floral lift in the middle before cashmere wood, sandalwood and amber bring the whole thing back to skin. Vanilla absolute and moss linger longest, so what started icy ends up soft and a little sweet by the final hour.
