Live in Colours opens with sharp citrus and red fruits, the two material families together in an accord that is both bright and warm, the berries adding depth to the citrus's brightness. Spices arrive in the heart to warm the composition, threading through with a heat that the citrus-fruit opening has made space for. Hinoki wood, the Japanese cypress material with a distinctive clean-woody character, grounds the whole composition in the base alongside musk and amber: the color, contained and lasting.
