Why We Carry This

The Terenzi family built a house on raw, technically demanding compositions, and Burdel is that philosophy at its clearest. The Indian oud here is not decorative. It drives the whole fragrance, and it's sourced and handled at a level that makes the price defensible.

Cardamom and cumin open together, warm and faintly animalic, labdanum pulling the spice toward something resinous before the heart develops. Cypriol and gurjan balsam build a smoky, earthy core that does the work of preparing you for the Indian oud that arrives in the base. When it lands, it lands fully, sandalwood and ambergris flanking it, vanilla keeping it from going austere.
