Torino23
Torino 23 approaches the classic cologne structure from Italian luxury rather than barbershop tradition. Bergamot opens with the expected brightness, but rose and cardamom in the top immediately announce something richer. The heart is dense and white-floral: neroli, jasmine, tuberose, and ylang-ylang creating a depth that classical colognes avoid. Patchouli and cashmere wood in the base give the drydown a contemporary softness that the opening's formality earns, amber and musk holding the composition at skin level for hours.
Why We Carry This
Torino 23 was described at launch as a classic cologne smashed to pieces and reassembled with Italian luxury materials. The tuberose-ylang heart in what begins as a bergamot-rose opening is the compositional decision that justifies the Xerjoff price point. One of the more distinctive entries in the series.
