Aqua Allegoria Forte Bosca Vanila
Bergamot and eucalyptus cut through first, clear and slightly medicinal before the solar-immortelle accord takes the composition somewhere warmer. The Bosca Vanilla EDP forte version is built around vanilla absolute rather than synthetic vanillin, and that distinction matters: the base reads more like resin than confection, with a driftwood dryness that keeps it from sweetening beyond usefulness. Musky and slightly aldehydic in the late stages, this is a Guerlain that balances brightness against depth better than most in the Aqua Allegoria series manage.
Why We Carry This
Guerlain's Forte reformulation of the Aqua Allegoria line added substance to what were sometimes fairly thin compositions. Bosca Vanilla benefits from this: the vanilla absolute is genuinely good quality and the eucalyptus-immortelle opening gives it an unusual entry point for a vanilla fragrance. It performs well for clients who want something warmer than a citrus but less committed than a full oriental.
