Ginger and black pepper take the heart with jasmine running through, the spice giving the floral a warmth that vanilla and praline in the base then develop into something richer. Vetiver and patchouli give the finish an earthy, dry counterpoint to the sweetness, sandalwood smoothing the drydown into something close and lasting.
