Extreme Passion
Five fruits in the opening and none of them fight: passion fruit leads, peach and grape rounding the accord, pear adding weight before the jasmine sambac heart emerges with a richness that the fruit top has been building toward. Magnolia in the heart gives the florals a slight green, slightly creamy quality that separates them from a generic white floral structure. The oakmoss base is the element most people do not expect in a composition called Extreme Passion, its earthy-green quality giving the amber and vanilla a chypre-adjacent foundation that extends the drydown well.
Why We Carry This
The oakmoss base in Extreme Passion is the reason we carry it. A fruity-floral that resolves into an earthy-amber-moss foundation instead of a clean musk is a genuinely more interesting proposition, and the jasmine sambac heart is quality enough to earn the transition.
