Oud Satin Mood
The plum and rose opening is lush and immediately recognizable as a certain kind of Parisian luxury, the kind that makes no apologies. Oud arrives in the heart without the medicinal sharpness that synthetic oud materials often carry: this reads as dark wood, faintly smoky, something you might smell in an old-money study. Licorice is a detail rather than a feature, giving the Turkish rose heart a slight anise complexity. Vanilla and white musk in the base soften the whole structure into something deeply wearable.
Why We Carry This
Oud Satin Mood is the fragrance that introduced many Western clients to oud without frightening them off. Kurkdjian calibrated the oud note to read as dark wood rather than medicinal resin, and the vanilla-musk base keeps it accessible. It is our most consistent MFK seller.
