Oud arrives in the heart without the medicinal sharpness that synthetic oud materials often carry: this reads as dark wood, faintly smoky, something you might smell in an old-money study. Licorice is a detail rather than a feature, giving the Turkish rose heart a slight anise complexity. Vanilla and white musk in the base soften the whole structure into something deeply wearable.
