Deep Forest opens with leather, incense, and cloves alongside bergamot and orange, a combination that announces depth before the composition has had time to settle. Violet and orange blossom in the heart soften the resinous-leather opening while patchouli and rose add warmth and floral complexity. The base is where the composition justifies its name: agarwood, vetiver, and amber together in a woody darkness that white musk and vanilla then soften into something wearable rather than oppressive. Deep, as advertised.
