Inle is the Memo travel collection release that most rewards attention. The ylang-vetiver pairing across heart and base is an unusual combination that Massenet handles without letting either material dominate the other. The mossy sage-green suede bottle is among the most considered objects in the house's packaging canon.

Inle Lake in Myanmar sits in a mountain valley at altitude, its mist carrying the scent of water and wood rather than salt. Massenet captures this damp, forested quality through petitgrain and grapefruit in the opening, then builds a floral heart where ylang-ylang gives the iris and jasmine a tropical weight that the cool opening does not prepare you for. Vetiver in the base is prominent, its root-earth quality anchoring the composition in the wet soil and cedarwood of a landscape halfway between lake and hillside.
