Dallachai is named for the Arab coffee pot and it smells like one. Saffron and cardamom open with the warmth of freshly ground spice, clove sharpening the accord before the coffee-milk heart arrives with a richness that the opening has been preparing for. The milk note is not sweet: it rounds the coffee without softening it, the way cream does when added at the right temperature. Passionfruit in the top is the unexpected thread that keeps the composition from reading as purely ceremonial, adding brightness that lifts the spice. Musk and amber in the base hold the warmth through the drydown.

Coffee fragrances that smell like actual Arabic coffee rather than cafe latte are rarer than the category's popularity would suggest.
