Ristretto Intense Cafe opens with roasted coffee that has been pulled hard, a tight, dense extraction rather than anything soft or caramel-adjacent. Turkey red rose arrives in the heart and does something unexpected: it mates with the coffee without sweetening it, the floral and the roasted holding equal weight. Caramel enters the base late and with restraint, just enough to round the bitterness rather than convert it into a dessert. The amber-musk drydown is warm and quiet, letting the coffee memory linger for hours after the cup has gone cold.
