Just as it threatens to turn into fruit punch, saffron steps in and gives it a spiced, slightly leathery backbone.
Almond softens that spice, and rose and jasmine keep a floral thread running through the middle without ever taking over. By the base, amber and cedar have pulled everything back down to earth, musk and moss adding weight so the fruit doesn't just evaporate off the skin.
