Magnolia in the opening of White Pearl gives the composition an unusual freshness: slightly lemony, faintly creamy, neither fully floral nor fully citrus. Bergamot and pink pepper keep the brightness precise. Jasmine and iris in the heart are the core, white musk threading through from the mid-stage and pulling the whole composition toward skin. Sandalwood and cedarwood in the base are clean and dry, the finish spare and lasting, closer to the inside of a wrist than to any flower.
