Peach nectar in the heart reads richer and darker than fresh fruit, heliotrope lending a powdery softness that cade then cuts through with a smoky, tarry note. Benzoin and patchouli in the base anchor the whole composition in a resinous warmth that refuses to resolve cleanly.
